SMART BUYS FOR NECK AND EYES
It makes me very happy to discover standout products among the many that cross my desk each month because, let me be frank, there are a lot of nice-but-average products that cross my desk. Worth sharing:
For the neck and décolletage:
Mostly, I recommend simply taking whatever moisturiser you’re using below the jawline to your neck and chest, rather than investing in a separate neck cream, but I am super-impressed with Skinceuticals Tripeptide-r Neck Repair, £110. Mind you, at that price, you’d expect to be impressed. If you want to make the investment, know that it contains retinol, peptides and a poppy plant extract that all work to lift, firm and reduce horizontal lines. It’s not a neck lift, but it does give visible results.
For the eyes: Again, not inexpensive, but a tiny amount of Strivectin Hyperlift Eye Instant Eye Fix, £38, dries to temporarily tighten tired, puffy undereyes
(it lasts until you cleanse, I’ve found). Brilliant when you need a quick fix to look fresh and rested.
