Aaah, the spa pool – how we miss you – but we can still gain those watery benefits with a gloriously fragranced bath. Aromathera­py expert Glenda Taylor of Angelico London has the ultimate relaxation recipe: ‘Essential oils encourage us to breathe deeply, and magnesium flakes work brilliantl­y at completely relaxing the body.’

For a relaxing bath, add:

• 2 cups unscented magnesium flakes • 3 drops cedarwood essential oil • 3 drops bergamot essential oil • 2 drops cypress essential oil ‘Add to a warm bath, swish around, climb in and repair yourself,’ says Glenda.
