Yogurt Raita

This fresh yogurt dish is a great accompanim­ent to any curry.

Hands-on time 5min. Serves 6

● ½ cucumber

● 250g Greek-style yogurt

● ½tsp ground cumin

● 1tbsp lemon juice

● Small handful mint leaves, roughly chopped

● Small handful coriander, roughly chopped

1 Coarsely grate cucumber, then lift up over a sink and squeeze out excess moisture. Mix in a bowl with remaining ingredient­s and season. Serve.
