n this exclusive five-day tour, you’ll be hosted by Delia, who, according to a recent GH poll, is the chef who’s had the biggest influence on your cooking over the past 100 years. You’ll have a full day at her Food and Wine Workshop in Norwich City Football Club, where you’ll be joined by chef Alex Mackay, cocktail expert Simon Atkinson and wine expert Jason Banner. This will include a threecours­e lunch with wine tasting, a cooking demo with Alex, cocktail masterclas­s and a Q&A with Delia and the team. You’ll also dine at Delia’s Restaurant and Bar, ride the Bure Valley Railway, sail the Broads on a paddle cruiser and tour Blickling Hall. Plus, there will be visits to the villages of the North Norfolk coast, including Burnham Market, plus Norwich itself.

RAIL AND SAIL EXPERIENCE­S

You’ll ride the Bure Valley Railway and cruise the Broads aboard the Southern Comfort Mississipp­i Paddle Boat. You’ll also enjoy Burnham Market, with its arts and crafts shops; historic Walsingham; lunch in a traditiona­l Norfolk tavern; and a tour of Blickling Hall, which contains some of the most historical­ly significan­t manuscript­s and books in England.
