WHERE DO WE GO PARTY? I love, love, love El Tucán ( eltucanmiami.com). It’s so fun and a real experience if you go as a group of friends. For a night of non-stop dancing, I also love Disco at The Edition Hotel ( editionhotels.com/miami-beach).

WE NEED TO CHILL – WHERE TO NOW? Easy – the spa at The Standard Hotel ( standardhotels.com/miami/properties/miami-beach) is my happy place!

YOUR FAVOURITE PLACES TO EAT? I always try to do a workout at 5th St Boxing ( 5thstgym.com) or Anatomy ( anatomyat1220. com) then head to Jugo ( jugofresh.com) for a juice; I love the summer chia and the nut mylks (especially the green mylk). For dinner, Nobu ( noburestaurants.com/miami), Mandolin ( mandolinmiami.com), Le Zoo ( lezoo.com), Coya ( coyarestaurant.com/miami) and Casa Tua ( casatualifestyle.com/miami) are all favourites. You’ll never have a bad meal at those, I promise! WHERE DO YOU SHOP? I love the shops around Bal Harbor, and Curve on Collins Avenue ( shopcurve.com). Casa Claridge’s is a great Spanish boutique in the Faena Hotel, and the shops around Design District and Lincoln Road are also brilliant to pick up unique bits.

WHERE DO YOU STAY? Oh, so many gorgeous places! I l love The Edition Hotel ( editionhotels.com/miami-beach; from $ 489/£ 372 per night) – along with other things, the lobby smells incredible! Soho Beach House ( sohobeachhouse.com; from $ 435/£ 331 per night) is another great place to stay and hang out; I guarantee running into friends there and it’s just got a nice, chilled out vibe. Then, at the other end of the spectrum, the new Faena Hotel ( faena.com/ miami-beach; from $ 399/£ 304 per night) is sublime – the ultimate luxury sleepover. 
