In 2016, we were the first British fashion magazine to put Ashley Graham on the cover. Have we stuck to our guns and featured enough diverse body shapes since? No. And we hold up our hands. As top designers Prabal Gurung and Roland Mouret confess, the fashion industry is ‘fattist’. And it’s time we put a stop to it.
We hope you enjoy every page of this issue – because while we make a serious point, don’t forget that this is the season fashion found its fun again.
