Could there have been a more fitting opening to the 20th annual GQ Men of the Year Awards than Charli XCX performing her latest single, Boys, to the backdrop of her music video – which just happened to star most of the guest list? Turns out she was only interested in Sadiq Khan, who she made a beeline for. Jeremy Corbyn presented an award to Stormzy, while a Gucci-clad Jared Leto took the gong home for Actor of the Year after reminding everyone he was once GQ’S Worst Dressed Man. Later, we caught up with Woman of the Year Adwoa Aboah before heading to the after-party.
