In response to ‘My son’s autism diagnosis changed me forever’

-

(11 Dec), I recently experienced that physical pain when the difference between my son and his peers was brought into plain sight, as he tries to navigate his way through his first exams. He’s 15 and has Asperger’s. He missed one exam because he couldn’t understand where he was supposed to be. But he tried, and for that I am so proud. This article reminded me how wonderfully quirky and unique my son is. How loving and caring. So what if he doesn’t shine just yet? His time will come. Much love to Sarah. We are blessed with our boys. Barbara
