Have you ever caught yourself wondering what Gwyneth Paltrow’s kitchen pantry looks like? No, us neither. But it’s perhaps no surprise that the woman who brought us the concept of vaginal steaming has felt the need to share pictures of said pantry with the public. What is surprising is the fact we actually can’t get enough of them.
Gwyneth’s one of a growing number of celebrities posting Instagram photos of their closets, cupboards and other storage facilities in recent weeks. For star-watchers, these pictures are manna from heaven, revealing compelling details about their owners. In Gwyneth’s case, the obsessively neat shelves of what look very much like sugar-free, wheatfree and joy-free foodstuffs confirm everything we always suspected.
It’s not just food they’re showing off. In Kris Jenner’s case, it’s a room dedicated to her Birkin bags. Tamara Ecclestone’s gone one better/more obscene with a whole wardrobe just for her Chanel espadrilles.
We can’t decide if these posts are giving us #Closetenvy or horrifying us. But we can’t stop looking.
