‘In a society that tries to police who gets to feel confident, accepting yourself as you are is such an important part of being happy,’ says Leomie, who has the acronym LIFL – which stands for Life Is For Living – tattooed on her. ‘Every day should be a day of progress, positivity and generally not wasting time because I am lucky to be in my position, so it’s a reminder of that.’

always hydrate Some girls like to go matte and full coverage, but for Leomie, feeling confident is all about radiant skin: ‘I love my skin to look dewy and hydrated so my favourite products are the 111SKIN Hydrolat Anti Blemish Tonic [1], £50, that I use every other day, Kiehl’s Glow Formula Skin Hydrator [4], £30, and Fenty Beauty’s Body Lava [2], £46.’ Top tip ‘Buff Body Lava on to collarbones and down shins for a streamlining effect.’

get lashed Forget heavy base make-up, Leomie is all about some lash love. ‘ When I want to feel more empowered, I enjoy having natural-looking lash extensions by London’s Lands Lashes,’ she says, and always goes for an eyeliner wing to go with it. ‘I use Revlon Colorstay Skinny Eyeliner [5], £7.99, for that,’ she says.

good hair day When her hair isn’t playing ball, Leomie doesn’t fret. ‘I just use L’oréal Elvive Extraordinary Hair Oil [3], £9.99, because it’s super-hydrating and smooths my hair’s edges.’ You can use it pre-shampoo, on damp hair before styling or as a finishing touch every day.

spritz away There’s nothing like a good scent to uplift the senses, and Leomie’s favourite is Miss Dior EDP [6], £75 for 50ml. ‘It’s fresh yet punchy and people always compliment me when I wear it!’
