WEIGHING IT UP

While it’s good that Virgie is happy (‘ Why I choose to be fat – and you can too’, 20 Aug), she is kidding herself if she truly believes her excessive weight will not cause her major issues in the future. Things can go wrong even if you do everything right. Life is so precious, we owe it to ourselves to do the best for our bodies. Not everyone has to be a size 10, but we should all respect our bodies and treat them well. Angela
