RITA’S DATES WITH SPIDER-MAN!

IT’S THE SHOCK relationship no one saw coming. Rumour emerged last week that Rita Ora is dating Andrew Garfield following her split from her musician boyfriend Andrew Watt.

They met through ‘the party set’ and have been together ‘since November’, a well-placed source told Grazia. ‘Rita is gushing to her friends about him, saying, “I can’t believe I’m dating Spider-man.”’

Andrew previously dated Emma Stone on-and-off after they met on the set of Spider-man in 2011, before eventually splitting in 2015. Since then, he’s been pictured with actor Susie Abromeit. Rita, meanwhile, dated musician Andrew for 13 months, splitting in September.

Despite keeping her new relationship under wraps, ‘Rita let slip to pals about Andrew a month ago,’ said a close source. ‘ Their schedules make things difficult but they have a real connection.’ ‘It’s early days,’ another insider told Grazia. ‘ They’ve been on a few dates in New York, where Andrew is based. Rita was there for Thanksgiving and also went to Soho House with him. She likes how private and unstarry he is. She’s been with people who are real fame-whores before, but Andrew is not like that at all.’

Indeed, despite being seen together at the Evening Standard Theatre Awards two weeks ago, Rita was apparently worried about the story leaking. ‘Andrew is private too. They were hooking up but trying to keep it on the down-low. It’s going well, though, and Rita is happy.’
