i would love to tell you that the contents of my gym bag look like an Instagram flatlay with lots of shiny products and swanky gym gear but, in reality, that’s not the case. Mine is a healthyish dustbin of odd socks, half-finished hair serums, the remnants of a snack bar, a lip balm with no lid and a pair of pants.
