A TWO-MINUTE SMOKY EYE

1. Prep and prime. Sweep concealer all over the eyelid to brighten and lift and help your smoky eye stay put.

2. Add a base. Use your finger or a blender brush to ease a shade slightly darker than your skin over your eyelid. Pay attention to the inner and outer corners and work up to the crease to make eyes look bigger.

3. Smoke it out. Using a smudger work a deep, rich colour over the eye. Want more intensity? Smudge a little under the lower lash line.

4. Add dimension. Press a metallic shade into the centre of the lid to add depth and make eyes pop.

5. Amp it up. For eyes that look more feline, add kohl liner to the waterline. Got green or brown eyes? Chocolate or purple eyeliners look divine.

GET AN ALLDAY GLOW

1. Depuff with ice. It makes skin look smoother, reduces redness, closes pores and lifts and tightens the face.

2. Revive tired skin. Spritz with a hyaluronic acid mist.

3. Hydrate! Good make-up starts with good skincare. Prep skin with an ultra-rich moisturiser.

4. Fake a Hollywood glow. Blend Hollywood Flawless Filter, £39, over your face for a smoother and healthier-looking complexion.

5. Swipe to sculpt. Don’t be scared of contouring. Dot and blend Hollywood Beauty Light Wand, £30, under cheekbones, along the temple and jawline and down the sides of your nose. It instantly picks up the glow. It’s like candlelight on the skin.

6. Glow on the go. Keep a hydrating face mist at hand to refresh skin and boost hydration.
