France cruise to Cappielow win

FRANCE Under-19s secured their second win in a row at Cappielow with a 2-0 win against Iceland in Saturday’s European Championship qualifier.

Marvin De Lima put Les Bleus ahead after 10 minutes.

The French dominated play, with Iceland withstanding constant pressure until the 69th minute when Wakis Kore wrapped up the victory.

France top the group after beating Kazakhstan 7-0 last Wednesday, with Scotland in third.
