Band’s gig is a sellout

GOLD dust tickets for a homecoming gig from an Inverclyde band sold out in just three minutes.

SLIX are playing The River in Gourock on December 30 but all tickets are now gone after fans snapped them all up.

The gig will see the band playing locally for the first time since 2019.

Their manager Scott Peden said selling out the venue is ‘testament to the loyal local fanbase’ the band have built up.
