CalMac cash up for grabs

LOCAL groups are being encouraged to apply for the CalMac Community Fund.

Since being established two years ago it has supported nearly 200 organisations.

This year fund coordinators are looking to help combat social isolation, health and wellbeing and address poverty.

CalMac will distribute awards of between £500 and £2,000.

Organisations have until January 6 to apply at calmac. co.uk/community-fund
