Harriers in training

GREENOCK Glenpark Harriers’ junior members will be in training tonight at Ravenscraig Stadium.

The session takes place from 6.15 to 7.15pm and up to 7.45pm for the sprint group.

Runners will meet outside the stadium, with no entry prior to 6.15pm.

On Wednesday senior members will be in action from 6.20 to 7.20pm for intervals.

They meet at North Street and Esplanade.

Training is now open to four week free trials for non-members.

Numbers are not limited, but sessions must be booked via the private Facebook group or email greenock glenparkharriers@gmail. com

The junior section is very popular and there is usually a waiting list for training.

Parents are asked to email the club first to find out about availability before turning up to training.
