Council saved £700k in cull
A CULL of top bosses which was carried out at Inverclyde Council saved the local authority almost £700k, it’s been revealed.
The senior management structure was reviewed back in February 2018 and changes were subsequently made, with a reduction of 10 managers tied to changes in the committee structure.
As the organisation now prepares to update its structure once again, a report shows that the last shake-up saved the sum of £675,000.
