Biker dies in Fife

A MOTORCYCLIST has died following a head-on collision in Fife.

Emergency services were called to reports of a crash involving a Honda motorcycle and a grey VW Golf near Kingskettle at about 4.35pm on Monday.

The motorcyclist, a 23-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the VW Golf, a 51-year-old woman, was uninjured.

The road was closed for several hours to allow collision investigators to conduct inquiries at the scene.
