‘Cut-throat razor’ charge

A GREENOCK man has been charged with being in possession of a ‘cut-throat razor blade’.

Roy McDiarmid, 59, is said to have committed the alleged offence on Crown Street on August 10 last year.

McDiarmid, of Prospecthi­ll Street, has pleaded not guilty through lawyer Gerry Keenan at the sheriff court.

The case is due to call again next February.
