Bid to fill ‘key role’

THE health and social care partnership has launched a search to fill a key position.

It is recruiting for a new permanent head of children and families and criminal justice, according to official Inverclyde Council papers.

This comes after the recent retirement of the council’s chief social work officer.

The role is currently being covered on an interim basis by the head of health and community care.
