Juniors kept their cool

ON a dry cold morning at the Battery Park, 17 junior parkrunners took part in the weekly run.

Three competitors — Mason Gregory, Conor Jenkins, for the third week in a row, and Zara Hamilton — all gained new personal bests.

Conor also received his half marathon wristband having completed 11 junior parkruns.

First to cross the line this week was Noah Carroll.

He was followed by Aimee McEleny, who was making a return to junior parkrun after spending her Sunday mornings playing football.
