Choir concert for Christmas

GREENOCK Philharmonic Choir are staging their Christmas concert on Saturday December 10.

It takes place at 7.30pm at the Lyle Kirk Church in Union Street and the choir will be joined by Riverside Youth Band brass group.

Tickets are priced at £15 and this includes refreshments.

Under 18s go free. Music will include Pergolesi’s ‘Magnificat’, ‘In Terra Pax’ by Gerald Finzi and festive favourites such as ‘In the Bleak Midwinter, ‘I Saw Three Ships’, John Rutter carols and ‘Jingle Bells’.
