John’s treble yell

A GREENOCK martial arts ace made it a treble at a national competition,

John Lamont from Inverclyde Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competed at the Manchester Open and took on some top talented fighters.

John was more than a match and represented Inverclyde with pride as he successfully won two silvers and a bronze medal.
