A CLEETHORPES business has launched a virtual bra fitting service amid the Covid-19 crisis. Pretty Woman, on St Peter’s Avenue, Cleethorpes, has been unable to carry out its usual business due to the UK lockdown.

But they have “adapted to the current climate” to provide their customers with a “bespoke virtual brafitting service”.

A Pretty Woman spokesperson said: “Pretty Woman is advancing its customer service by bringing its expertise direct to consumers’ doorsteps – virtually.

“The boutique is now engaging with its customers virtually with a personal touch, providing luxury doorstep sample kits, allowing ladies to be measured in the comfort of their own home whilst receiving expert advice on a video consultation.”

Customers can expect to receive product samples, measuring tools and hand sanitiser ahead of their one-on-one video consultation.

They’ll be provided with a stepby-step guide on how to correctly fit their sample bras.

The spokesperson added: “Following the video consultation, the samples are simply placed back in the provided box and a collection is scheduled for the kits to be collected from the household doorstep. “Customers are then able to confirm any chosen products, or ‘add ons’ to their orders with products ranging from lingerie, sportswear, swimwear to nightwear.

“All kits and store operations run to strict Covid hygiene rules to ensure the safety of both its staff and customers.

“All samples kits are left for over 72 hours, to prevent any virus spreading and adhering to government guidelines.”
