The price is right at Lidl

Lidl has been named the cheapest supermarket in March, the second month in a row that it has received the accolade. Which? compared prices for a trolley of 20 items every day throughout March and found that on average, shoppers would have paid £22.48 at Lidl, which is better the big four and Aldi. Products checked included own-brand products such as apples, eggs and tomatoes, as well as branded goods such as Hovis wholemeal bread.
