THE cast and crew of Three Day Millionaire will soon be embarking on a Q&A tour across the UK, starting with a date in Cleethorpes.

Director Jack Spring, producer Giles Alderson and a variety of different cast members will soon be visiting all four corners of the UK as they embark on a run of 12 Q&A dates. At these special one-off events, audience members will be able to ask the cast and crew some of their burning questions after a screening of the highly anticipated flick.

The tour kicks off at Cleethorpes’ Parkway Cinema on Sunday, November 20, just two days after the world premiere of the film. There are also dates planned at Mablethorpes’ Loewen Cinema and the Vue in Hull.

The world premiere of Three Day Millionaire is being held at Parkway Cinema on Friday, November 18 and tickets have already completely sold out. It will be heading to cinemas across the rest of the UK and being released on digital platforms on FriayNovember 25.

The movie was filmed entirely in Grimsby and is based on the fishermen who returned to their home port with fistfuls of cash from the sale of large hauls of fish. Director Spring insisted that it needed to be premiered in Grimsby before anywhere else.

The cast is made up of several well known English actors including Colm Meaney, of Star-Trek-fame and the cult crime classic, Layer Cake. The central character, Curly Dean, is played by James Burrows who sets up a gang including Jonas Armstrong, of BBC’s Robin Hood and Edge of Tomorrow. They are assisted by Sam Glen, from World’s End and Robbie Gee, of Snatchfame.

Jack, renowned as one of the cinema world’s youngest directors is among the tallest at 6ft 9in, and he is hoping Three Day Millionaire will become a towering success. Having raised the investment needed for the movie himself, he has had a lot more to deliver than a normal film director.

Tickets for the Q&A session and screening in Cleethorpes are on sale now but are likely to sell out soon, as are the rest of the dates on the tour. Secure your seats via the link here.
