Trust in the magic of Christmas this year

-

The nights are drawing in, it’s getting colder, and Christmas isn’t far away – which means it’s time to get into the festive spirit. And the National Trust has got a host of events and activities to get you feeling all Christmassy. You can see historic houses decorated in the style of Christmases gone by, enjoy festive family trails, take part in classic Christmas crafts, or have a good old singalong carol concert. And, if you’re lucky, you might even spot Father Christmas on one of his annual visits. The National Trust’s Carl Greenman says: “Christmas at the National Trust is always magical but this year we’ve got more events and activities than ever before. There’s plenty to get everyone into the Christmas spirit, from well-decked Tudor halls and Georgian balls, to visits from the Sugar Plum fairy, markets with all the trimmings, and not forgetting choirs and Christmas crafts.”
