The V40 offers two voicing options, all on one channel, with Voice I yielding midSixties American cleans with warmth or Voice II for a stronger midrange with punch. A Mid-Kick switch pushes the amp to overdriven British blues-rock tones.

The V40’s high power mode is rated at 42 watts, and the front panel switch offers a lowpower mode at 7 watts. In single-ended, low-power mode, you can take the amp’s output down below 1 watt RMS.
