SRV fans got a little bonus in ’85 when the famous Texan decided to produce this top-notch album by one of his early influences. Besides all the great Lonnie/SRV pairings on the album (“Double Whammy,” “Satisfy Suzie” and “Oreo Cookie Blues”), Lonnie delivers his own goods all over the place.
