Ladies Probus

Sowerby Bridge Probus Club for Ladies president, Mrs Sheila Richardson, welcomed 34 members to the August meeting in the community Centre. The speaker was Mr Derek Harker whose subject was on “Yorkshire Pride and Poetry”. he vote of thanks was given by Mrs Mavis North and coffee was served by Mrs Neda Howcroft and Mrs Doreen Topliss. In September the planned speaker is Mrs Sheila Asquith with “Showcase”.
