Probus Club

David Glover spoke to members of Halifax Probus Club about the “Early history of Halifax Borough Police 18481900.” He was thanked by Jim McAndrew, and the chairman was George Kowalewsky. Coffee was served by Enid Akroyd and Joan Dunn. The next meeting will be held on 4 September at 10 am at Halifax Bowling Club when Joan Broadbent will speak about “Easter Island.”
