Mark McWhir, 41, of Orchan Road, Todmorden, was fined £300 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £180 for drink-driving and driving without a licence. Adam Ratcliffe, 31, of Gibraltar Avenue, was made the subject of a community order and made to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £60 for producing cannabis. Deborah Stacey, 45, of Buxton Way, was disqualifi­ed from driving for 20 months, fined £125, charged £150 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20 for drink-driving and driving without insurance. Alexander Thompson, 25, of Went- worth Court, Brighouse, was disqualifi­ed from driving for 36 months, fined £110 and ordered to pay a charge of £150, costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20 for drink-driving. James Farnaby, 33, of Victoria Street, Todmorden, was made the subject of a community order and ordered to pay a charge of £150, costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £60 for failing to provide a sample for a drugs test. Luke Hartley, 23, of Holly Bank Road, was sentenced to 14 weeks in prison, charged £150 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 for assault.
