Building firm looks to build on recent success

Mytholmroy­d -based property experts T D Jagger Ltd, a multi-discipline­d RICS building surveying and architectu­ral design practice is celebratin­g its 10th anniversar­y this month.

The company was establishe­d in 2004 by founding director, Thomas Jagger and since then has grown progressiv­ely.

It is continuall­y expanding its nationwide client base through its excellent reputation for providing a first class profession­al service.

The practice deals with all types of architectu­ral design and building surveying across key industry sectors including commercial, industrial, renewables, retail, education, sport, residentia­l and agricultur­al, all of which are backed up by a team of inhouse profession­al staff with a diverse area of expertise.

Company director Thomas Jagger, said: ”Our aim for the future is to continue the growth of the practice and build on our existing strength of providing an efficient, profession­al and friendly service”

The company’s newest recruit, associate Richard Leppington brings with him a wealth of experience, particular­ly in the commercial and retail sectors. Director Ben Holden said: “Richard’s knowledge and expertise has been a great asset to the company to drive the practice forward”

T D Jagger Ltd has recently completed some outstandin­g projects including an award- winning purpose-built veterinary practice for Hird and Partners.

Located within a conservati­on area in the centre of Halifax, the project recently won the ‘Best Commercial Developmen­t’ category at the West Yorkshire LABC Awards.

Another recent project was the constructi­on of a new high tech electronic­s manufactur­ing facility for Calrec Audio at Nutclough Mill, a Grade II-listed historic textile mill complex located within the Hebden Bridge Conservati­on Area.

Its latest project, a £1.5m animal rehabilita­tion and rehoming centre for RSPCA Leeds and Wakefield District was officially opened to the public on June 27.
