THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF CALDERDALE

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITIO­N OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

(SLEAD AVENUE, BRIGHOUSE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by USL Group Ltd

have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Slead Avenue from its junction with Lightcliff­e Road for a distance of approximat­ely 30 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibitio­n shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternativ­e route is via unaffected part of Slead Avenue, Granny Hall Lane, Lightcliff­e Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 15th March 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithsta­nding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 16th March 2023. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.

(THROSTLE MOUNT, LUDDENDENF­OOT)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water

intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Throstle Mount from No. 6 to No. 7 for a distance of approximat­ely 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibitio­n shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternativ­e route is via Warley Wood Avenue, unaffected part of Throstle Mount. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 27th March 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithsta­nding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 27th March 2023. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 17:00.

(ALBERT DRIVE, PELLON)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Network Plus

intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Albert Drive from junction with Albert Gardens to Albert Avenue for a distance of approximat­ely 70 metres. PROVIDED THAT suchprohib­ition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternativ­e route is via Albert Gardens, Albert View, Stretchgat­e Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 27th March 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithsta­nding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 31st March 2023. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(GREEN PARK ROAD, SKIRCOAT GREEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water

intend to make an Order theeffect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Green Park Road from No. 120 to opposite No. 120 for a distance of approximat­ely 10 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibitio­n shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. No alternativ­e route – road plates will be used. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 28th March 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithsta­nding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 29th March 2023. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 20:00.

(BRIDLEWAY TODMORDEN 009, TODMORDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Network Rail

intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Bridleway Todmorden 009 from Point A to Point B (as per map on site) for a distance of approximat­ely 137m metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibitio­n shall not extend to persons carrying out works on or near the footpath. For alternativ­e route see map. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 30th March 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 6 months, notwithsta­nding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 30th September 2023. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(COPLEY LANE, COPLEY)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water

intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Copley Lane from junction with Copley Drive in a south-westerly direction for a distance of approximat­ely 10 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibitio­n shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point only. No alternativ­e route available.

It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 27th March 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithsta­nding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 28th March 2023. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 20:00.

(FORE LANE AVENUE, SOWERBY)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water

intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Fore Lane Avenue from No. 5 to No. 15 for a distance of approximat­ely 40 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibitio­n shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternativ­e route is via St Peter’s Avenue, Stocks Lane, Sowerby New Road, unaffected part of Fore Lane Avenue. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on

28th March 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithsta­nding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 28th March 2023. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 18:00.
