ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023
(WINDLE ROYD LANE, WARLEY)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
O’Connor Utilities Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Windle Royd Lane from its junction with Stock Lane for a distance of approximately 5 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Stock Lane, Cliff Hill Lane, Water Hill Lane, Blackwall Lane, Burnley Road, unaffected part of Windle Royd Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 24th April 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 28th April 2023. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(ROOKES LANE, NORWOOD GREEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Amberon Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Rookes Lane on either side of the Railway Bridge a distance of approximately 30 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 24th April 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 24th April 2023. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.
(SPARK HOUSE LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Spark House Lane outside No. 25 for a distance of approximately 8 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Sowerby Croft Lane, Berry Moor Road, Stormer Hill Lane, Moor End Lane, London Road, unaffected part of Spark House Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 24th April 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 26th April 2023. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(WOOD STREET, BRIGHOUSE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Linbrooke Services Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Wood Street from its junction with Mill Lane to Mellor Street for a distance of approximately 40 metres. THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Wakefield Road, Phoenix Street, Mill Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 26th April 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 2nd May 2023. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(ELLEN HOLME ROAD, LUDDENDENFOOT)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Centurion Traffic Management have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Ellen Holme Road from Calder Valley Storage to junction with Styes Lane for a distance of approximately 175 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Styes Lane, Pinfold Lane, Brocks, Jerry Fields Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 24th April 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 27th April 2023. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 22:00 & 06:00.
(RIPPONDEN OLD LANE, RIPPONDEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Streetwise Traffic Management intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Ripponden Old Lane from its junction with Great House Lane to Blue Ball Road for a distance of approximately 639 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Blue Ball Road, Green Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 8th May 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 8th May 2023. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 15:00.
(GREEN LANE, RIPPONDEN)

Streetwise Traffic Management intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Green Lane from its junction with Blue Ball Road to Ripponden Old Lane for a distance of approximately 648 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Blue Ball Road, Ripponden Old Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 9th May 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 9th May 2023. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 16:00.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Stratton Road from No. 93 to No. 103 for a distance of approximately 60 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Stratton Road, Daisy Road, Woodhouse Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 9th May 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 9th May 2023. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:30 & 14:30.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Watson Mill Lane for 60 metres either side of Footpath Sowerby Bridge 078 for a distance of approximately 120 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Watson Mill Lane, West Street, Scar Head Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 9th May 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 9th May 2023. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 17:00.
(BETHEL STREET, BRIGHOUSE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
Shift Traffic Events intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Bethel Street from No. 21 to No. 28 for a distance of approximately 40 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Bradford Road, Mill Royd Street, Huddersfield Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 10th May 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 11th May 2023. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 18:00 & 05:00.
(LUMB LANE, MILL BANK)
(NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Streetwise Traffic Management intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Lumb Lane from Salt Drake to Nathan Lane for a distance of approximately 725 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Deep Lane, Otter Lee Lane, Helm Lane, Birks Lane, Mill Bank Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 10th May 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 10th May 2023.
The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 16:00.
(SPRINGFIELD GROVE, BRIGHOUSE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Springfield Grove outside No.4 for a distance of approximately 30 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 10th May 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 12th May 2023. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 07:30 & 19:30.
(HAYS LANE, MIXENDEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by S&J Civils Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Hays Lane from its junction with Meadow Brook to No.4 for a distance of approximately 17 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 12h May 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 12th May 2023. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:30 & 15:00.
(HORTON STREET, HALIFAX)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by
J Geraghty Ltd intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Horton Street from No. 37 to No. 68 for a distance of approximately 25 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Church Street, Prescott Street, Union Street, unaffected part of Horton Street and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 14th May 2023 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 15th May 2023. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 19:00 & 06:00.
