MPs vote to ban tobacco sales to those born after 2009, just how will this be enforced?

Sixteen-year-olds can join the armed forces, 16-year-olds can have sex. Neither of these categories will be able to have a drink or cigarette after.

Radiograph­ers to be encouraged by ‘their’ union to refuse migrant dental/bone checks to determine age.

Sheffield Council bans alcohol advertisem­ents on its notice boards/ properties – yet promote/ sell alcohol at its venues.

York Council bans chocolate/confection­ery advertisem­ents on bus shelters, despite the city's chocolate heritage and continued importance.

Local councils buy up a failed airport, I have four functionin­g successful expanding airports within an hour’s drive of my home.
