Elaine’s happy helping others reach their weight loss goals
A weight loss expert from Hamilton has not only transformed her life by losing more than two stones in weight, but has helped hundreds of other slimmers in the Hamilton area.
Elaine Duff, who is a silver award-winning consultant, currently runs a Slimming World Saturday morning group in Hamilton.
She has been so successful that she has now taken the opportunity to relaunch the Thursday night Slimming World Group at the Gilmour and Whitehill Church, Burnbank. The group’s grand relaunch will be next Thursday, January 26.
Elaine is now looking to use her experience to help the members of the Burnbank group reach their weight loss dreams.
The Burnbank Slimming World group lost a whopping 137 stones in 2016 and they are now dreaming of bigger losses this year with some help and advice from Elaine.
Elaine’s dream has always been to help others overcome their weight loss challenges.
She said: “I am absolutely committed to helping every member of our group to live their lives happy and to reach their own personal goals. Obesity is becoming such a huge issue across the UK. When I first joined Slimming World as a member, I never dreamed that I would end up helping other people to lose weight, but now I feel so fulfilled to know that I am making a real difference to so many people’s lives.”
The 47-year-old continued: “As someone who has lost weight myself, I know the challenges people can face, which is why, along with the group, I will be there to support every one of my members all the way to their chosen target weight.”
