Cookup astorm tohelp hospice
St Andrew’s Hospice are asking supporters to cook up a storm this summer as part of a major new fundraising initiative.
The charity are part of the Scotland’s Hospices Together partnership which has launched the Big Scotch Beef Sizzle.
And people are being asked to hold a barbecue during June to raise funds
St Andrew’s head of fundraising John Brady, said: “We’d like to encourage as many people as possible to host a barbecue in June to support their local hospice.
“These provide end-of-life care and support to patients and their families, and are reliant on donations and voluntary support to continue providing that much-needed care.”
