his son was a wonderful little boy.

He said: “He was my little treasure and was such a joy to be around. He will be deeply missed.”

Heather’s two sons Jack (15) and Joshua (9) also absolutely doted on their little brother.

She added: “Jack and Josh adored Jaime. There wasn’t ten minutes when he wasn’t in one of their arms.”

Heather said that her heart completely shattered.

She continued: “I was breastfeeding Jaime and I am still producing his milk, it reminds me every day that he is not here.

“My heart is broken, my life will never be the same.

“I urge everyone to give your kids a cuddle tonight – you don’t know when the last time could be.”

Heather also wanted everyone for their support.

She said: “I just want to thank everyone who has been there for me at this time, especially all my colleagues at Douglas View for all the love and support they have given me.

“Also to extended friends and everyone who has donated to the page so far – thank you.”

Friend Carolann Guthrie set up a Justgiving page with the original target of £500, but the funds are currently sitting at just over £1500.

All money raised in Jaime’s name will go to the Brightest Star charity, which raises awareness and funds to help other people save children’s lives and to support families who also have children shining bright in the sky.
