The racing season got off to a flying start at Hamilton Park Racecourse this month and we’ve teamed up with the premier Lanarkshir­e venue to offer two passes to the hotly anticipate­d first evening meeting of 2018.

Enjoy top class racing action, looking out for the highlight £25,000 Palmaris Services Braveheart Handicap Stakes (Class 3), won last year by Sir Chauvelin.

Off the course, there will be highland dancing and live pipe music, before Glasgow’s own Big Vern‘n’the Shootahs return to the racecourse stage by popular demand. Gates open at 3.30pm on the day, with thoroughbr­ed action getting under way at 5.55pm.

Children under-18 go free, under-16s must be accompanie­d by an adult.

The Palmaris Services Braveheart Night featuring Big Vern‘n’the Shootahs is the second of three exciting May Fixtures at Hamilton Park Racecourse. Racing action gets under way again on Thursday, May 31, with the DM Hall Raceday.
