Join the free Blantyre health walks this summer and enjoy some gentle exercise with the added bonus of friendly chat, fresh air and lovely scenery.
The walks, organised by Get Walking Lanarkshire, set off at 10am on the second Saturday of the month from the David Livingstone Centre. Dates for this summer are July 14, August 11 and September 8.
The walks last no longer than an hour and avoid tricky terrain. They are suitable for people of all abilities, ages and fitness levels.
There is no need to book, just turn up but please wear suitable shoes and dress for the weather conditions on the day.
Get Walking Lanarkshire aims to increase physical activity levels and improve health and wellbeing of residents in Lanarkshire by offering free short and easy walks.
