Christ­mas cel­e­bra­tion

The Ro­tary Club of Both­well and Ud­dingston will hold their‘christ­mas Cel­e­bra­tion’ con­cert.

Tick­ets are £5 and are cur­rently on sale for the Ro­tary’s an­nual con­cert of well-known car­ols and songs for Christ­mas on Sun­day, De­cem­ber 9, at 3pm in Both­well Par­ish Church.

This event is hosted by Both­well Phil­har­monic Choir and friends with all pro­ceeds do­nated to St An­drew’s Hos­pice and lo­cal char­i­ties.

Tick­ets in­clude tea and cake in the church hall fol­low­ing the con­cert. Tick­ets avail­able from the Post Of­fice or pay at the door.

Please note Santa will also be mak­ing an ap­pear­ance in Both­well on Fri­day, De­cem­ber 14.

Santa and his sleigh will leave from out­side Da Lu­ciano carpark at 6.30pm ar­riv­ing at Santa’s grotto in the Par­ish Church around 7pm.

Santa’s Pa­rade will be led by Ud­dingston Pipe Band.

For those who have still to find that ideal Christ­mas gift, take the op­por­tu­nity of brows­ing the var­i­ous beau­ti­ful craft and gift stalls in the Church hall where the Sal­va­tion Army Band will be get­ting us into the Christ­mas spirit with their songs and car­ols.

There are lots of ac­tiv­i­ties to keep the chil­dren busy while they wait for Santa. En­try is free but a small do­na­tion is re­quested, pro­ceeds go­ing to lo­cal char­i­ties.
