The winning recipe of the Platinum Jubilee Pudding Competitio­n – the hunt for a brand-new pudding dedicated to the Queen – will be announced in time for the Jubilee weekend. The competitio­n, launched by royal grocer Fortnum & Mason, is being judged by an expert panel including Dame Mary Berry and the Queen’s Head Chef Mark Flanagan.
