Sexually assaulted by another woman on Tube
VICTIM REPORTS SHE WAS TOUCHED, KICKED AND RACIALLY ABUSED BY FEMALE PASSENGER ON THE JUBILEE LINE
POLICE want to speak to this woman after a woman was sexually assaulted while on board a train on the London Underground.
The victim was allegedly sexually A MAN from Northolt will appear before magistrates charged in connection to an incident at Barons Court London Underground station.
Mathuram Muthuraja, aged 22 and of Brick Lane, Northolt, was charged assaulted by another female passenger as she went to sit down.
The victim is then said to have got up and moved across the carriage, before her alleged attacker was then racially abusive to the victim, before kicking her on the leg.
The incident happened on board a with one count of grievous bodily harm (GBH).
The charge relates to an assault which was reported to British Transport Police at 11.15pm on Sunday October 29 where a person train on the Jubilee line from Bond Street to Baker Street at around 7.15pm on Saturday, October 6.
According to BTP, the woman continued to be abusive to the victim before leaving the service at Baker Street, British Transport Police (BTP) has said. fell onto the tracks at the District and Piccadilly lines station.
Muthuraja was released on bail to appear before Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday November 28.
