Atmosphere and cheer at the market

THERE is an extra Christmassy flavour to shopping in Uxbridge this month.

Traders in traditional wooden chalets are selling festive treats in the town centre.

Described as a “not to be missed” event, the market will run in the High Street from Thursday, November 15 to Sunday, December 2.

Situated between two Shopping centres and next to both, the Tube and bus station, organisers Savoir Fayre are hoping the market will draw crowds from across west London and Buckinghamshire.

The market will hosted the Christ- mas light switch on which took place on Sunday, November 18 as well as the Christmas Tavern and all the craft and gift stalls.
