SENIOR SPORTS SESSION

Our session is aimed at local people aged 60 years and over providing you with the opportunity to meet new people, try something new and keep active with your favourite sports and activities.

Running every Tuesday, activities include:

Pickleball, badminton, table tennis, outdoor tennis, boccia, darts, virtual fitness classes and a supervised gym session.

Refreshments are also provided in our scenic Park View Suite, perfect for a relaxing break from sports and a chance to catch up with friends, with a lovely view of the park.
