Check out how store is really ducking out

I THOUGHT I was becoming more cranky with age but having read Barbara Fisher’s BM@ail piece about Sainsburys I now realise I’m not the only one dismayed by their “improvements”.

I totally agree with all the suggestions and could possibly offer more.

One morning, feeling particularly aggrieved, I counted all the reserved bays, around 30, of which only one was occupied.

Once I did try to buttonhole the manager to share some thoughts but he scurried away and ducked into one of the delivery vans, slamming the door behind him!

They have certainly lost their USP and their way.
