Chanel, Dior, Armani, Gucci, Versace and Michael Kors. Born in Amsterdam, she dreams of buying a house on one of the city’s picturesqu­e canals.

‘I was once lucky enough to attend a private dinner at the Rijksmuseu­m, Amsterdam.

I had been there before, of course, but it was always very busy. That night I was able to stand alone with Rembrandt’s De Nachtwacht. It was magical.’ A piece of art you’d love to own ‘One of Jeff Koons’

Since founding her fashion brand Shrimps in 2013,

Hannah Weiland (below left) has created colourful faux-fur coats and whimsical accessorie­s that have garnered fans from Beyoncé to Kate Moss. This autumn, the designer launched her debut interiors collection with Habitat. She shows us around the London home she shares with her husband Arthur Guinness and their poodle, Lionel McGruff, on page 121.

‘A Faye Wei Wei exhibition in London last year, curated by my friend Antonia Marsh, where I met the artist and completely fell in love with her and her work. We have since collaborat­ed on one of my shows and I am now proud to own a couple of her pieces.’

A piece of art you’d love to own ‘A stained-glass window from Matisse’s Vence Chapel or the Magritte L’Empire des Lumières from Peggy Guggenheim’s collection in Venice.’

‘I work with a lot of instinct and intuition,’ reveals the artistic director of women’s collection­s at Louis Vuitton (page 208). Ghesquière is lauded as one of the world’s most successful fashion designers. Having spent 15 years at Balenciaga, he took the reins at Vuitton in 2013 where his unique vision and innovative craftsmans­hip have led the brand from strength to strength.
